Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard delivery times are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carriers or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx. Tracking information will be provided upon request


Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States. 


Damages & Issues

  • Frenzy Fish Fry is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Save all packaging and photos of the product to help us file a claim with the carrier if needed.
